They have a booklet there for a 210N.

Be VERY CAREFUL with the early data in the book that they appear to have typed in. There are some glaring errors in the data there regarding takeoff and landing stuff.

But the pages that look like the come from a POH, do appear to be correct based on my 210 POH.

Make sure you use the POH for your year and model. It's definitely NOT a case of one size fits all. There are quite large differences in gear and flap down speeds over the various models. Generally the later the model the higher the speeds. Also for max performance t/o there are differences. eg C210J POH calls for 20 degrees of flap but later models use only 10 degrees. As MTOW weights increased over the years so too has the T/O distance. NEVER rotate a C210 below T/O safety speed. If you do it will wallow in ground effect until you hit something--eg trees. Finally remember most 210 landing accidents have been caused by too high speeds on final. Use 70K over the piano keys.....less if you're light.

An excellent source of information re POH sourcing or anything else to do with Cessnas is the Cessna Pilot's Association (CPA). I don't want to sound like an ad, but I've found that every year I have saved their subscription many times over, using the information available from them. You can even email them half way through a 100-hourly to find out how to solve a problem.
