From their web page:

"For 11 days, the eyes of the world will be on Fayetteville, North Carolina as Festival of Flight 2003 celebrates the centennial anniversary of the Wright Brothers' first flight with an exciting array of arts festivals, educational exhibits, flight demonstrations, air shows and the largest Memorial Day parade in the state."

If I may be permitted a Bernard Woolley impression here.... .The centennial anniversary does not occur until 2004 (and repeats every year thereafter). 2003 is either the centennial OR the 100th anniversary. (And you can't have a n-month anniversary either).

That said <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> , there is also an Aviation World Fair in April 2003 <a href="http://www.aviation-worlds-fair.com/default.htm" target="_blank">http://www.aviation-worlds-fair.com/default.htm </a>
