I'm just wondering what happened to all the ex TransAer staff. I'm a ex employee myself and have gone into a different field completely. Hope you are all doing well..

Most of the cabin crew were taken on by a combination of EI, FR and WX. As for the flight crew, some went to EI, but as for the rest I cant answer that. Sorry.
Are Barry Murphy and John Cox still placing pilots?

Have been flying with one of their A300 Engineers on a VIP B727. He seems relatively happy in his retirement.

I think some of the cabin crew went to BWA. E-mail me if you want me to put up a notice in the crew room.

2 A300 Captains and 3F/Es with E.A.T. 4F/Es with Farnair and 2F/Es with Aircontractor pluse F/os with HL and Channex so far
so some of the guy are finding jobs

No, I think he got the thread right. Most of us had friends at Transaer and nobody like to see a friend lose his/her job. Fair play to all that managed to get a job so quickly.
