I am trying to book a flight for my folks to come home from Spain for their aniversary. Quite easy really, jump on the web, type in "buzz.co.uk" check the times and prices. compare those with the prices from Go, then easyjet.....Oh let's try the bmibaby website........

When I finally managed to tell it the dates and departures I wanted I had to wait an age and then was told "no flights available on that date"...Gee thanks. No alternatives, just start again, I then thought I would try the timetable to see when I should try for (I have a bit of time to spare but the thought of going through this several times until I guessed the correct combination of dates/departures was too much) After I downloaded a 1.7 meg pdf file I found out this was BMI not bmibaby timetable.

Thanks guys, a real turn off, until they fix this site I for one won't be tempted again.

Hey, why don't I fly out and pick them up.....

Hi New Bloke, can't understand why you felt the need to download the pdf time-table, particularly when it says

"If you want to download the bmi british midland timetable as a pdf document click on the link below."

However, all is not lost, try this - if you enter the basic <a href="http://www.bmibaby.com" target="_blank">www.bmibaby.com</a> site, it will re-direct you to this site:. . <a href="http://www.bmibaby.com/bmibaby/index.asp" target="_blank">http://www.bmibaby.com/bmibaby/index.asp</A>

Go to bottom of page and you will see "important infomation|site index. Select "site index" and on the new page "timetable" and you should see what you wanted!

Avoid lunch-time!!. . <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Well it was early and I missed that it was the BMI rather than the bmibaby timetable I was downloading.

You have to admit as a website it stinks!!!

I have seen better efforts from primary school websites.

Was listening to Radio 4 the other day, some money programme type thing. Chap had bought a couple of tickets with BMI, got a letter from BMI saying - Flight now being run by bmibaby instead of BMI - top hole thinks chap, lo cost carrier, time for a rabate, but no....., followed by request for a supplement for the change in flight. I mean come on thats just not cricket.

Couldn't help but notice on their website that passengers MUST arrive 2 hours before departure.

Who's 'comfort and convenience' is this for?
