View Full Version : Compromise for RA65?

With the current deal as we know it, the FOs and SOs are paying the bill for RA65 with delayed command without BPP, since they have to give away BPP in order to get RA65.

What if A scalers were also asked to chip in in order to get their RA65? Instead of keeping the A scale pay until 55, they could receive a reduced pay (somewhere in between A and B scale), and the resulting savings would go toward providing a small form of BPP to FOs and SOs. That way, everyone shares the pain of RA65, including those who will immediately benefit from it.

Fair deal?:)

Let the A scalers get 65 but keep BYpass pay for FO's and SO's. Its the A-scalers that are writing these policies, or captains feathering their own nest. Its not a fair deal no matter how you look at it. Tell the company to get stuffed until they provide a reasonable plan in place.
