ctc atp open again

hi guys,

was browsing ctc website it seems atp scheme is open again, why? if there is a surplus of pilots these days ? is it worth applying and how much does it cost?

No idea why, it does seem a little odd but I'm sure there's some method in the madness. I guess it'll close as quick as it's opened!
