It is without doubt that CX has hit hard times. The big worry is that Management that has only dealt with high profits for 20 so years ,seems now incapable of moving forward.
I would consider leave without pay yet have problems coming to terms with this.
Firstly everyone should be given their first piority leave slots.
Secondly get rid of all Extendee's.
Give us 3 months notice to organize .
More importantly however is the total violation in Basic Seniority that CX has enjoyed implementing over the last 20 years has now returned to haunt the management and aircraft body that will leave no way out.
My advise to any new joiner is never join a company that does not respect seniority, as one has no career path; with promotion, basings and now retirement.
I will say NO to any new contract or any no paid leave because of the above reasons.I will never help out a company that has no respect for:
LOYALTY
EXPERIENCE
SENIORITY.http://static.pprune.org/images/smilies/nerd.gif
