1. ALL management give back their 2008 bonuses, including you NR!
2. Stop extending past 55!!! These guys are the most expensive staff, at a time when we are trying to conserve cash???
3. If we take the leave, we get it all as one block, not chunks of 1 week at a time. Plus a minimum of 2 months notice before our leave so we can plan something.
4. J Class FOC to anywhere on the network for when we take our "Special" leave..
Then I MIGHT think about it..
