Aussie Iroquois - The book

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you would know how to get a copy of Äussie Iroquois by K. Manuel. It was published in the 80s and is a soft bound production.

Apparently it had some great pics of the Huey in the ADF. I have searched the usual places and can't find it anywhere.
