German 737 Captain/Training Captain/ Senior Examiner Martin Gauss has been designated to become Malev's new CEO. Gauss headed the german Cirrus group and dba before.

He was CEO of dba (and owned 10% of it) and then of Cirrus Group. He has had more experience as an airline CEO than famous airline pilot Willie Walsh when he became CEO of BA (both Walsh and Gauss held lower positions before becoming CEO).
