I would love to have a shed, but I live in a block of flats. I would do more woodwork, perhaps even build an electric bass or two.

Shed's are wonderous places. Mine holds all manner of toys, tools and most importantly beer.

My wife made me put in an intercom as she was fed up with me spending so much time there. It hasn't worked, but at least she doesn't have to shout or come and get me any more.

Nice article in our local rag last year about a chap who had turned his shed into a very nice bar. Pictured having a drink with all his mates, it even got a brief mention on tv. Next day HM customs turned up to check where he bought his booze and to see if he was charging his mates for drinks.....

remote controlled ham radio equipment. Storage of antenna bits and pieces.

There is a 17 foot square brick built centrally heated workshop with lathe, milling machine etc, and another centrally heated room 12 by 8 which could be an electronics workshop if it wan't full as a store of all sorts of junk - including a load of Girl Guide tents.

...can hardly get through the door What you need Lon, is a shed that's bigger on the inside than it is on the outside...

(Hmm. Must remember that The Cousins probably don't know about The Doctor and such-like.)
