Hi All,
Been flying for almost 10 years and have about 140 hrs total. I enjoy my flying but after every flight I have to go home and have a sleep because I'm exhausted.
I fly in a hot climate, and try to drink plenty of water. I tend to belch a lot during flight and can feel "uneasy" or generally uncomfortable sometimes. When I finish a flight, I have to go and have a sleep because I am so tired. The rest of my day is pretty much a write off.
Could this be motion sickness? or something else?
I'm tempted to try some anti-motionsickness methods (Reliefband) to see if that might help.
Any ideas?
