On BBC2 tonight at 7.30pm-8.00pm

"Flying Scared" - "The Money Programme investigates the plight of the airline and tourism industry since the terrorist attacks that shook the world. Interviews with airline representatives highlight what must be done to win back passengers and ease fear."

Could be interesting.

.. and at 8 pm on C4 a programme on TWA800 - not bad for just one evening's viewing/videoing. Now just have to work out how the VCR works!!!

Just watched the TWA800 one - seemed a good, well balanced program - then they spoilt it right at the end with a stupid comment about how it could still happen - yes in theory, but who flying this sort of aircraft will not now know the causes and how to avoid them!

Was quite enjoying the money programme until Greasy O'Leary came on - is he ever off the TV nowadays?

Ah well! You have to remember that he is the bright star in the airways at the moment, and the money people like to know how he does it!

I have not yet watched all of the programmes. The TWA 800 one was not too bad but the commentary was of the HEAVY male type, loaded with suspicion as to what MIGHT happen. I was very irritated by him.

Too bad that no one can just tell the story any more.
