Since the Italians issue aprx 2000 permanent notams a day revising the already valid ones, I don't think that anyone can produce a correct depiction of the taxiways.
Best tip is probably to get a recent satellite image of the cursed place... :D

why don't you try on the Jeppesen website?
I believe you should be able to offload it there.
