Hi,

I have been flying LH on the 777 for approaching 2.5 years. I previously spent about the same time in Low-cost SH. I am 30.

18 months ago I suffered from a kidney stone incident. I haven't had a repeat episode and always make an effort to increase fluid intake on a flight. The 777 is known for being exceptionally dry.

Since this incident I have been sick continuously. Colds, cough and flu every 6 weeks-ish, always feeling run down and lacking stamina.
I had been going through some personal issues and stress levels have been up without doubt, so I made sure I did adequate exercise which I wasn't doing before. Going to the gym for short periods was no problem, however my efforts with any CV exercise are embarrassing. My stamina which used to build up quickly doesn't build up at all.

I work much less than I have previously and have a decent amount of time off :) I just seem to spend all off it ill.

Any suggestions or similar stories?
