'Looking for KA pilots that flew in 1987. Specifically the crew on a flight to Phuket that got diverted on Aug 18. Is it possible for you to check your logbooks to see if it could be you?'

Yeah, expecting serious replies to be from retirees, or close to it. KA had just a few planes back then, started up in '85 with just one a/c.
