Sad new but good that all survived.
It must be a wrong helicopter since I never have heard a 269D with platform.
It must have been a MD500D/369?

nope.... a Hughes 269D would be referring to a Schweizer 333 (Easier to modify an already certified airframe to make a new model i guess)

Sounds like its one of Air One's 500Ds if the company is based in Timonium, MD.
