The one and only Conroy Guppy, long-term resident at BOH, is the subject of an effort by its owners Heavylift Cargo Airlines in Oz, the CL44 Association and members of the Icelandic National Aviation Museum,to be dismantled so that the flight deck section can be shipped to Iceland along with a prop blade assembly and one Tyne engine.
Hopefully, the move will take place this Spring-thanks to Nick Leach at Heavylift for the donation.
