Check your Bi-Laterals with the CAA first, don't ask us, ask your Government:ok:

:pThe trafic rights is something related with the government caa,but overflight seems no relation with CAA.

If you as an operator are not listed within the Bi-Lateral Air Services Agreement, then you are no-sched and are treated as such, then yes you do need permissions. Thus check with the CAAC your legal status, until as such time that you have done that, then you cannot proceed. This is all subject of course to your type of operation, and what the registration of your acft is ? If it's B-, then CAAC, if anything else then the CAA of the state of registry:ok:
