There was a discussion in here a couple of years ago about UN helicopters and wastefulness flying just to deliver stacks of copy paper....etc

Then some recommended a book about the UN's ineffectiveness "lord of the suffering?" or something like that. I can't recall the exact name of the book.

Well, I want to read that book now, anyone remember the name?

There is another good book called "Emergency sex" about 3 people who worked for the UN and how they became disillusioned with the whole show. Very interesting.
