I have used Argos VIP and found them relatively good - for an Italian handler...
But Ciampino is a pain in the butt no matter what handling you use

Hi,

Universal is verry efficient in LIRA, we try a lot of..and they remain among the best..but not really a low cost one..as usual...

Keep in mind that in Italy you need a verry good one.

in Ciampino every handler uses the same personell, they work 6 months for 1 handler then they move to the other that offers another contract and so on, so it really comes down to how much money they allocate to GA or Pax.
Universal does only GA so it is quite dedicated and the VIP room is nice.
Flightcare office is bigger but the people there is half and half with ryanair and they are pissed all the time.

just my 2 cents

I use Sky Service. They always do a good job for us.

Argos VIP are by far the most efficient and cost effective. They also cover most other Italian Airports too.

Good handling and LIRA cannot be used in the same sentence. Universal seem the best of a really bad bunch!
