Can anyone shed some light on who operates Airbus A310-204 G-BZTB. Owned apparently by Cabot Aviation Ltd (whoever they are).

Didn't think A310's existed on the UK reg.

I think this may be a paper exercise. The aircraft still seems to be in Thailand as HS-TIC - may be for scrapping or spares

BCal had two A310-200s back in the early 90s: G-BKWT and U; mainly used as a 707 replacement on the North and West African runs.

Both were sold (rather embarassingly for them)to Libyan Arab Airlines, who couldn't operate them due to sanctions!

Guv,
Early 90's ???? I'd say more like early-mid 80's.Believe WT and WU still flying in that neck of the woods,Air Algerie rings a bell.

Sounds about right Silkman. WT and WU were both de-registered by the CAA on 30/6/86.

Have a look at http://www.bird.ch/bharms/airbus/A310_t_0.htm
