Greetings Y'all!
T'would appear that the BRITISH EAGLE website (http://www.britisheagle.net/)
is moribund/dead/etc!
Anybody have an idea as to what is happening?
Cheers

I do believe the correct link is BRITISH EAGLE INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES WEBSITE (http://www.britisheagle.co.uk)

pjac,
Thanks for your response. There are 2 websites and the one you quoted is the other.
http://www.britisheagle.net/ was in existance in late Jan/early Feb!
Cheers

The missing British Eagle site: Home of the Eagle (http://www.britisheagle.net/) is back. I was just doing an automatic links check and got a 200 Response so had a look.
Appears all OK (Though no explanation as to loss of service).
The sad thing about the internet is unlike a book, once you have a copy it is effectively for ever.
A good web site can rise and then disappear for so many reasons and even if a 'ghost' is left on the 'Wayback Machine' it is effectively gone for ever!
Yes feeling morbid about a number of 'lost sites'!

First my apologies to all that the site ' Home of Eagle' was down for three weeks recently. Unfortunatly this was due to a technical problem beyond our control.
As has already been posted we are now up and running again.
It nice to feel missed!!! Thank you for your support.
Eagle always has a way of bouncing back !!!
Thanks to Air Atlantique G-APSA will fly the year in British Eagle colours again. Any donation towards the maintenance of the aircraft can be directed via the website www.britisheagle.net (http://www.britisheagle.net) A donation of £30 or more you get G-APSA the bear, free. Meet G-APSA on the website.
