In the pub tonight we realised that none of us knew any English/British jokes.

Without overstepping the mark (a British phrase if ever there was one) can anyone set the record straight?

Purely for humour guys, please! Let's keep this, well, not too OTT, and get a laugh without being locked out! OK?
