Tomorrow morning Friday 28th Feb. easyjet will be flying a 737 into LPL. The wings will then be removed before the aircraft is towed the quarter of a mile up to Speke Boulevard, where it will be permanently displayed on a concrete plinth.

The whole operation should be completed by midday. Watch the news for further details.

Huh? Landing early morning and have wings removed by midday? Maybe in a Hollywood movie, Sir.

Is this plane going to Speke?

Well, I've been flying it all morning, and it's said nothing yet!

Careful what you say about Liverpool. Remember Danny hails from the shores of the Mersey.. . <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Must be cattle poop. None of EZY's 737's are old enough to warrant a trip to a museum.

If this was a thread about Dan-Air however.....

Trust me....this is 100% cr@p. You're a month early for this kind of wind-up.

I presume he'll be looking for a non-standard departure then?

I suspect this thread is about to be closed - or at least I hope it is partly thnks to the charming anti-scouse sentiments contained herein.

I presume you all live in crime free utopias?

Ah, some of you spotted the deliberate mistake! Well done.

Friday is in fact the 1st of March and not 28th Feb. If it was a leap year it would of course be friday 29th feb. but it isnt, so there.

I sit here with baited breath, waiting for tomorrow so I can say TOLD YOU SO. As for you EZY insiders - pah, your managements mis-information policy obviously fooled you all!!

The clock is ticking.....
