It took 2 days for anybody to notice probably the event of the year and then that throw away comment. How morbid can you get - the news was it flew and NOTHING happend and that is the way it should be.

but then again who in their right mind flys to LGW

The Embraer 170 looks like a cool aircraft. I'm envious of the Crossair pilots who will get to fly it first. Landing it at London City will be interesting. It kinda looks like a mini-Airbus with cooler winglets...

LGW Vulture - your LAME attitude is not appreciated. Carbonbrake posted this and demonstrated his interest in the new aircraft. Does he not have a right to do that on this forum? Don't waste our time with your bad attitude...

This one almost looks like a real airplane but its too small to be of any consequence.Small airplanes tend to be expensive in pax mile costs due to overheads which don`t scale down with the airplane.. .Maybe the designers watch too many films.. .Honey I`ve shrunk the Boeing comes to mind!

Given that Crossair used to give their aircraft nicknames: Concordlino (Saab 2000) and Jumblino (BAe 146/Avro RJ85/100) what are they going to call the Embraer 170?
