QR 2009 LEAVE again DELAY

Bravo :D Mr Peter M. manage to continue tradition from his previous boss Mr " HE or SHE " Chriss Qatar Airways leave for 2009 is not issued on time again for 3 th year. CEO invested so much money in "new system" which i got to know will become old system soon and after all that Mr Peter M. And Mr. Frazer in charge of leave cant issue oure leave on time.
In part 'A" is clearly stated till what date leave must be issued i think they are late 4-5 months as per now .
Will MR. Peter be send home for a long vacation ?

I dont know this Peter M but i didnt hear a single good opinion about that guy .
5 star airline with high tech roster system and high experianced rostering management cant do roster on time ? I guess i have to go to Etihad ASAP ,maybe i get job in Etihad before i get leave approved in QR ha ha

People say there was Indian guy in roster who knew more then others but his management didnt like his popularity so they get rid of him.
In normal airline they get max use of the guys which know there job but over here i guess opposite .

Yea NEW PILOT A330 you got it right it was a guy famues in this forum under name R.P he use to run A320 roster and when A330 fleet had problems he was send to fix it and he did it . A330 become best fleet.With R.P in roster and S.S and H.A and M.H in office this is a best team in QR but as always in QR someone didnt like R.P doing better then others.

Peter M ? funny man . Hope we will not see his naked photo on web like previous one .

If a Capt delay a flight he gets a warning i hope same rules apply for roster management .

A320 roster is unsafe and should be reported to QCAA .
QR new roster manager didnt make new system work for 1y and he should be removed and bring someone who has brain and know how to use it .
Leave is posponed again 3 th year now .
New roule that flight deck crew only must take 12 days minimum leave to get 1 days off before and after is invented by EX HR chief .
Thuis airline will go down with people on wrong place running it.

Regarding RP, it was his colleagues incl MB who did this to him.. He is happier in Safety

QCAA = QR, QR = QCAA Report can be file, but I don't think that any action will be taken. As you may have already knew that the big boss of QCAA is a good friend of A.B.A :\

not to mention safety mgr soon to become mgr quality and safety, is so up the evpo rear end, its a wonder how evpo can even walk. most things are not even reported, flight monitoring is supposed to be confidential, but he gossips abt who did wht.. its crazy.. next time yr flt is delayed, jus go there and ask him anything , even wx, he will blame everyone for it - starting from bill, ceo, even his "own" evpo..

I have good experiance with safety mananger he never call me in office and i only 1 time wanted to see my flight to confirm it was ok and he arrange for me to see it and confirm its ok . He didnt tolk about others or about anything he was ok .
Flyhigh7078 if you where in QR long time a go you would know whats bad safety mananger you should see British guy who was in charge of safety 2004,2005 then you would know whts bad .
Flyhigh7078 you sound like someone who did something and is not happy that you got what you deserve and now you try to make safety guy look bad . ok 1st dont be so obvious. 2nd learn how to fly safe .

Cabin crew leave was out 2 days ago, for pilots not out yet. I hope it's not because of last minute requests requiring manual adjustments. :suspect:

Pilots leave was late only 5 months as per part A . A320 roster is a safety issue and Jeppessen system should work from last Sept. thats what was mention in ACN from Mr Peter long time a go .
Facts : Mr Peter M
did not improve roster
did not issue leave on time
did not do what he promised ( you can request online,swap online ...)
did hired many new cabin crew but that didnt improve roster it only increased cost for airline .
did introduce minimum rest 12 h as normal planning practice
did kick R.P from roster and now he is left with people who will let Capt fly when he fail SIM to CMB or send A320 Capt for A330 SIM or opposite

QA rostering runs a expencive system but can not issue leave and pilots have to do it by there own ? Why we have rostering department ?
HR N.Z lady want us to lose extra leave from previous years without pay and QA rostering tell us they cant give us to use leave which we have accumulated before .
Another games in HR .
