Try several min rest NY turnarounds or
even 22hours lay over minus 8 hours of hotel commuteing...it appeared to bugger up the health of the pilots and cabin crew when Gf did BAH/NY/BAH in their A340....they already have the route approval if still valid from then.

With 100% load factors Gf used to lose money on New York. What will they do differently this time? They couldn't pick a worse time to start flights to the US:confused:
