What the fcuk was this bloke on?

Why is he a councillor when he could be a parking attendant or a sewage worker?

Councillor blocked ambulance carrying injured man as it broke driving by-laws - Telegraph (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/4448433/Councillor-blocked-ambulance-carrying-injured-man-as-it-broke-driving-by-laws.html)

As it is a criminal offence to obstruct an emergency vehicle attending an emergency, whose decision was it not to charge the fluffy feckwit?

Clearly this guy was unhinged and could well have needed the services of the paramedic himself - considering his mental state. Yes the vehicle was unusual but it was obviously an emergency vehicle when seen close up. In fact he got so close up he banged on the side of the vehicle. That in itself is not the action of a responsible councillor.

I'm looking forward to the report that the tosser has been
knocked off his bike, and there was no-one in the ambulance
service willing to go to help him. The PILLOCK!

People are always saying the Telegraph is a rag of a paper and not worth wiping your butt with but they're always quoting it.. what's with that??

I like the Christian Bale video link on that page. Those Hollywood guys have it made, they can carry on like pork chops at work and everyone has to take it.

Jeez he really does his lolly!! check it out.....

Funny - his name doesnt sound German...

Slightly off topic, but while stuck in a jam on the M25 in the snow on Monday, an ambulance joined from the sliproad at J9, with "blues and twos" on, but was prevented from going any further by the backlog of traffic.
Out jumps a paramedic, dons required HI-VIS jacket, pops open the back doors, grabs a HUGE bag, then starts jogging up the inside lane...

Just got stuck in and got on with it.

Makes you proud to be British
