He either did it for a lark or he's raven mad.

What a two-doo about nothing.....;)

Think its punny, Blue Diamond? Well toucan play at that little game! :8

I feel sorry for the poor busted bustard, who is obviously not chicken although he must feel a goose, what with the owls of derision he's probably hearing.

Seriously though, bird-smuggling is no mynah offence. The beaks dispense swift justice for these fowl crimes; he could get ten years or moa, so it's hardly a case of 'I'll just duck down to Australia for a gander with a couple of illegal birds puffin out my trouser legs'. I hope he does get ostrich in prison and samples life as a jailbird.

It sticks in macaw that these guys think they can do this then just wing it.

Obviously wanted the ladies to know he had a cockatoo.

Pigeon in the trousers?? Don't birds do serious damage to those "jet engines" -- loses thrust and brings them down?

I wonder how Captain Sullenberger would handle this?

Those on lofty perches should just let him out, he'll go on the next flight home anyway. ;)

Sorry, I just had to get just the one fish pun in there.... :oh:

Cod whelk us, no!!

He was merely trying to impress the birds :}

4th Feb 2009, 22:04
He's lucky he didn't get his eggs pecked.

4th Feb 2009, 22:26
I suppose he wanted to go one better than being a mere budgie smuggler . . .

4th Feb 2009, 22:26
Doesn't say which carrier.

5th Feb 2009, 03:47
The above has all been very well thought out. But seriously, why? Can't you just about get pigeons anywhere you want, they are just flying rats.

5th Feb 2009, 12:39
Maybe the pigeons were trying to smuggle him? :8
