Thinking of learning a language in the new year now I'm on line, which language do you think will be most usefull to me as a pilot, I'm thinking Spanish but what do you lot think?

One for the questions forum, but si amigo, Spanish is very good for reasons such as

* 350 million+ speak it around the world

*thats all of Spain, Latin America (minus a few odd ones out-Brazil/Suriname et al), Phillipines, Equatorial Guinea

*easy interpretation of other latin languages (Italian/Portuguese/French)

*easier to learn (imho) than French

*impress your mates

*works well in Miami
