Maltese Aviation Register to be restructured

Minister Gatt said , that by next year a new Maltese Aviation Register is being drawn up which will carry huge changes in the structure of the Department of Civil Aviation together with fiscal incentives, training and certification of intermediaries and also changes in legislation.

Any ideas what will be changed ?
