EY7A is the flight code in ATOP - the computer reservation system used by JWT Holidays (First Choice). The first two letters signify the destination and departure point. The number signifies the day of the week. The last letter that this is either the first (or possibly only) flight on this route that day.

If you call JWT they should be able to tell you which airline/aircraft is scheduled to operate on fligth code EY7A.

You should also have received a holiday confirmation by now. This will show the provisional flight numbers (although not the aircraft type). From this you will know which airline you will be flying with.
