I Noticed a job listing for 747-400 and 777 capt. and FO position in jeddah but I could not access the full advertisement. Anybody know which company this might be?

I know SV has both types but I heard they only hire expats for frieghter and narrow body fleet.

I tried to find it again but that day I was looking through alot of stuff and now I can't find it again.

I don't know if its sv, it could be some other airline. I just know sv is one airline in Saudi that has those types.

There was a thread about this lot a few months ago. First they were after 737NG and A320 pilots then it was A330 and 744 and now it's 777 and 744. Does anyone know if they're actually any closer to getting any of these types and starting operations or can we look forward to next months advertisement for 787 and A350 pilots?

Seymour Skinner (http://www.pprune.org/members/108471-seymour-skinner) ,

I believe this is normal for a newly born airlines..while exploring the market and balancing it's operational needs.

look at NAS and Sama for example: both started with narrow-bodied aircraft - being LCC with scheduled operations. Alwafeer Air, in the other hand has different type of operation and seeking bigger aircraft for mass transportation rather than frequent transportation...at least this how I see it. ;)

I believe they have bought 744's from Malaysia Airlines. Training could be in Kuala Lumpur. Thats about all i've heard. If anyone has any info on the T and C's pls post.
