If the perpetrators of the attack on the WTC and Pentagon committed an "act of war" against the US and George (Dubya) Bush responded by declaring war on the terrorists, then, when they are apprehended, shouldn't they be treated as prisoners of war?
If it is indeed an "act of war" won't that preclude any claims against the insurance companies? :confused: :confused: :confused:
