If you are talking about the Dubai Amiri Fleet then I hear a Zimbabwean passport would help.
Most Royal Flights are the same. It is by word of mouth rather than CV, they really need to know who they might employ and a long track record of being known by your colleagues is what they tend to work on, that and a very thorough secuirty check that they are happy to pay for!;)

Don't know really but perhaps the fact the advert regulally appears in the pages of Flight Intl might give a clue - expanding or high attrition? The headlineT & Cs look good though :confused:
