Is there any way working on military registered BAC 1-11s could count as experience towards licenses ?

It could, engineers leaving the military can pursue a licence so one would suggest that you can.
The only thing that comes to mind is that to apply for a licence in most countries you need around four and a half years total experience on aircraft, and I’m not promising but I’m fairly sure that the requirement is extended to include a certain amount of experience in the past year or so… do you have that?

Worked for me in 1985 , on one of the same BAC 1-11'S ...............!!!!!
