JAA regulations?

Please I was wondering if someone could help me out, I am an Australian Pilot and understand our regulations and requirements quite well but I was chasing up for a friend who is in the cabin crew "wanting to be",

Unfortunately I have no idea what this is in regards to....

I was hoping someone wise enough could impart thier wisdom and maybe some online documentation as well to help me feed back to her, she is apparently up the final interview.
