With the looming recession, I was wondering how the industry was effected during the last recession in the early 90`s.
How many pilots lost jobs?
How many cabin crew?
Obviously little to no growth, what measures did carriers put in place to get through the tough times?
I am to young to remeber the effects it had on the world. All I remember is the word being used every night on the news.
More so, in Australia, were any jobs lost after 9/11?
How long before you saw any sought of recovery?
