Kenya Airways moving on up...here (http://www.eastandard.net/InsidePage.php?id=1144004533&cid=14&j=&m=&d=)
2 A330 are on the way.The aircraft was meant to come with crews but KALPA blocked it.I believe it will be flown by a few cadets and 738 guys.IT is meant to be a stop gap measure due to delays of the dreamliner.

Isn't that the same type one jetone will be getting?
Just gets me thinking whethese the rated crew won't be target for poaching
The fifth one's just arrived in Nairobi, 5Y-KYF. Any idea how many more 800's they have on order?

Why don't they get some B763s as a stopgap? I'm sure Boeing would cut them a good deal. I was surprised how young most of their B763s are.
Its going to be a nightmare, training crews, maintenance, parts, scheduling, etc, for a small fleet of A330s for only a couple years.
