I found this forum and in my opinion this Forum is 5 stars. Congratulations to all.:D

I intend to do in March an ATPL course followed by an FI. This two courses will take +/- 24 months.

I am 32 years old + 2 years of the course I'll be with 34/35

My question is am I to old to get a pilot or instructor job when finish the courses?

Take a look here and scroll down to the "Are you too old to begin training? section.

NO YOU ARE NOT TO OLD!!

A lot older people have started flying than early/mid thirties.
Certainly not to old to instruct at all, that would be an excellent move to gain experience.

Best of luck.

I was 37 when i got my first job flying a 737. The man behind me on my ATPL exam course was in his mid 40's and a coal miner, now flying 757's. My last Captain was an electrician until his late 30's.

Will it be harder to get an airline job the older you get, yes. As for instructing not one jot.

Good luck, and although its great to research about age etc if you really really want to do it then just get on with it and don't put barriers up that don't exist.
