Asuncion airport terminal

Greetings,

SGAS is an emergency divert airport for two of our routes. However, I do not know if the terminal has a lounge or other location that would accommodate 200+ passengers if we do divert there. I understand there is at least one Business Lounge, but I am curious about how many passengers the terminal can accommodate for a 3 or 4 hour stay. Anyone have more information?

This is my SLF view , for what it is worth

The Business Class lounge that TAM use is operated by Bright Star Duty Free and probably only holds 15-20 pax comfortably - the main departure loiunge could hold 200 but it would be packed if it coincided with other flights

I have a feeling there is another passenger lounge that is never used - that is situated on the right as you walk in the main door

If this is the case I am sure civil aviation would open it for emergencies
