Hi
Im 17 from London, UK. I will be turning 18 in june 2009 and aspire to be cabin crew based in the UK ( due to my age )
Im british but can also speak spanish. I have over a year of customer service experience and 11 high GCSE grades.
I have chosen to study beauty at a top beauty school later this year before my 18th birthday. I'll still be working in retail whilst studying.
Do airlines allow applicants under 18 to apply and defer employment until their 18th birthday or is it advisable to wait until i actually turn 18.
Also im 5ft3 is this too short? Im slim and have no weight issues.

I jus cant wait!! I know CC is HARD work but I know i'll definatly be ablt to put the work in & enjoy it!:O

Please help, any answers welcome!

I think most of the airlines (the applications I've seen) have some 'initial screening' questions so to speak before you can even begin your application. Things like "Are you over the height of 5ft 2?" things like that, most of them do have "Are you 18 or over".
I think your best bet is to wait until you're 18, try contacting the airlines directy too.
