apply for a CXCPP ,do you guy believe every person only has 2 chances in their life? is tht truth ?

According to the PR woman when i was getting interviewed, it is done "case by case" on whether you can re-apply again.

have there been people who have had their third+ chance??

People may apply more than one time, whether you may receive more interview offer or not is depends on what you have done in between the applications (i.e. what you have done “improvement”). More than one = 2nd or even 3rd.
