I am considering getting a job over there, what would be the best airline to work for, hopefully with friendly management. Currently flying A-340. And please let me know what could be the average cost of living for a family of five (housing, utilities, schools, etc)

With all due respect, I would like you to go through this forum as such questions are asked on nearly daily basis. It all depends on which part of Middle East you plan for and your life-style. UAE is expensive and you are looking at more sacrifices.
