It looks like Swiss Eagle (Bern, Switzerland) has filed for bankruptcy, according to below link:
Handelsregister-Meldungen von Swiss Eagle AG, Belp (http://www.moneyhouse.ch/u/pub/swiss_eagle_ag_CH-035.3.030.846-3.htm#31.12.2008)
About us: Swiss Eagle (http://www.swisseagle.com)
Any confirmation?
Stiker Limited, the official owner of HB-IWX seems to owe a lot of money to the operator, which badly affects the company's financial situation, as far as i know.

Thanks.
I saw they operated 2 CJ1, un C750, one Legacy HB-IWX and a G-IV HB-IKR.
And I am sure that the owner of HB-IKR doesn't pay his bills either!!!

This is, as I understand, why the previous operator cancelled the contract with him.
I know another operator who refused him in May this year, he probably was well advised...

Well, the trade register statement says that an extension period has been granted to Swiss Eagle to pay their bills - until February 18, 2009.
Swiss Eagle has been removed from the last AOC holder list (28JAN09).
Is there anyone aware about current situation with Albinati ?
It seems that CJ2+, Hawker are flying Private only.

I heard that their AOC has been suspended by swiss FOCA.
Not sure 100% what happened though as their name is still on the official 28JAN list.
Anyone?

I heard the rumor that a Company called Your Jet in Zurich has taken over the Swiss Eagle AOC... The Berne office and some staff they publish are definately from Swiss Eagle (www.yourjet.ch (http://www.yourjet.ch))
