(For those outside the UK, Mr H is a TV chef, who lent his name to a brand of sausages in Ireland. The cooking instructions seem appropriate to anyone who has seen his TV show....!)

It is a little known fact that tapeworms sometimes come out at night.

If you suspect you have one, go to sleep with your mouth open and have a friend stationed nearby ready to clobber it if it pokes its head out.

And then there was the advertising slogan for Quillies throat lozenges that didn't quite take off... *

If your throat is dry and sore, then get down to your chemist store.
Don't you all be silly billies, get fast relief when you suck Quillies.

I'll get my coat.

* With due acknowledgement to the late great Humphrey Lyttelton.

I stayed in a hotel in Wichita that used to be a factory making ironmongery and tools. The brand name was Keen-Kutter, and there were cabinets of their old tools and stuff all over the place. As well as the cabinets there were framed posters in the corridors, bar, etc.

This one won first prize - for me anyway .....
