He is indeed the Cheif Pilot at the National FLying Laboratory. Visist the cranfield uni web site, follow the links, and his biography is there.

I had the pleasure of being on an advanced mechanics of flight course which he was piloting, quite an eye-opener!

Dodge is indeed the Chief Test Pilot at Cranfield. He's the father of one of my friends :). He took me up in a Bulldog a few months ago, was great.
