Hi has anyone got a good mortgage banker they use? Please PM me the contact details. The very helpful manager at HSBC, Frances, is no longer working there... :confused:

Try Brian Chan at Fubon Bank. Just got 95% mortgage approved with 0.5% cash rebate and P-2 for term of loan.

what does the interest rate work out to be? What is their prime rate? :ok:

Frances was sacked by HSBC during this last round of layoffs. Also the HKMC announced that they are no longer providing 95% mortgages. Only 90% from here on out, which is not good for many CX guys. Property is getting cheaper but you'll still need to shell out more from your pockets upfront.

That's a shame, she has helped out a lot of CX and KA guys and gals....
