Watched the "Greatest Ever - Helicopters" on Military Channel (Aired Tuesday).
They had the Sea King in at number 6 out of 10.
Demonstration consisted of a Royal Navy Sea King showing how well one can pour champers when slung from the hoist in a hover, leading me to believe CSAR really stands for Champagne Supply and Replenishment :ok:
And they say the UK has a drinking culture.. go figure :)
The real surprise was the R22 voted in as 2nd greatest, after the Huey!
All we need to do now is draw a line from the above and work out what acronym crab represents ;)
Hat, Coat, etc.
P.S. Definite candidate for Jet Blast, though assuming some appreciation amongst Rotorheads
